(Pekoe Dust) consists of very fine CTC particles with high surface area, leading to rapid infusion and strong extraction. It produces an intense, dark liquor with pronounced briskness—ideal for strong chai, milk tea, and blends that require powerful color and flavor.
(Dust) is the smallest grade, made of powder-like particles. It yields a robust, dense liquor within seconds, offering maximum colour, briskness, and thickness. Perfect for tea bags, commercial catering, and strong boiled tea preparations such as Indian chai.
